SalesDawg uses a licensed, regulated payment gateway supporting all major payment methods. In Bangladesh: mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and bank transfers. In the United Kingdom: bank transfer, cards, and digital wallets. Region-appropriate options are available in each market.

Yes. All customer payments are held in secure escrow by our licensed payment processor. Funds are only released after the clearance period, giving full protection against disputes and refunds. Neither merchants nor creators can access the funds until the system clears them.

A small percentage (set by admin — default 5%) is taken from every completed transaction. This covers payment processing, platform development, and server costs. It is deducted automatically from escrow before disbursement — no invoice, no manual step.
